Our approach
Get Moving Meals uses the information you provide to build and manage meal plans. We do not sell your personal information. Meal and nutrition information is general guidance and is not a medical record or medical advice.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication information, subscription level, and account settings. When you choose to provide them, we also store meal-planning preferences such as age range, household size, height, weight, fitness goals, dietary preferences, allergies or foods to avoid, and nutrition focus.
We also store the plans, saved meals, grocery items, reminders, feedback, and Meal Companion answers you create. Basic technical information may be recorded to keep the service secure and diagnose errors.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate your account, personalize meal plans, calculate estimated nutrition and portions, maintain saved content, provide reminders, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, improve the product, and protect the service from misuse.
Your choices
You can update many profile and food-preference details inside your account. You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your account information by contacting hello@getmovingmeals.com. Some records may be retained when legally required or needed to resolve security, billing, or abuse concerns.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and restrict administrative access. No online service can promise absolute security. We keep information while your account is active and for only as long afterward as reasonably needed for the purposes described here.
Children and changes
The service is intended for adults managing meals for themselves or their households, not for use by children as account holders. We may update this policy as the product changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
This policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a public launch, especially because food and nutrition preferences can be treated as sensitive information.
