By creating an account or using Get Moving Meals, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Account holders must be at least 18 years old.
Meal and nutrition guidance
Meal plans, ingredient quantities, nutrition estimates, swaps, and related suggestions are provided for general planning and informational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information can contain errors, so review ingredients, allergies, dietary restrictions, safe food handling, and nutrition estimates before relying on a plan.
Consult a qualified health professional for medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, eating disorders, medication interactions, or other individual health needs.
Trials, subscriptions, and payments
Features and limits vary by plan. Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown before purchase and may renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel future renewal through the available account controls. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already paid are not refundable. We will provide notice before materially changing subscription pricing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful content, scrape or resell the product, evade plan limits, or use meal-plan content to mislead others. You retain ownership of content you submit and give us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Availability and ownership
We may change or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Get Moving Meals, its interface, branding, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party services and content remain subject to their respective terms.
Suspension, liability, and changes
We may suspend or end access when these terms are violated, the service is put at risk, or the law requires it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is,” and Get Moving Meals is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
